The Retail Congress MENA 2025 Awards Gala in Dubai is the most exciting night on the regional retail calendar. This year was one for the history books for Giftstarr.

Hosted at the spectacular Ritz-Carlton, DIFC, the atmosphere across the two-day Retail Congress MENA 2025 (13th–14th October 2025) was electric. Under the theme, “Hit Reset: Transforming Retail for Impact”, the energy was palpable as industry leaders gathered to share strategies for a dynamic future.
Our stand was constantly buzzing with fantastic conversations about digital transformation, particularly around flexible gift card and loyalty programmes. This trend is driving measurable improvements in customer engagement and Net Operating Income. It was genuinely exciting to see the retail community’s hunger for cutting-edge, automated solutions.
